heys been awhile since i last posted, recently work have been hellish, work 12 hr straight wout breaks and the only meal i had is a few slices of pizza with only cheese and tomato sauce as a topping... wow.... however, when i recieve that sms from her, i was refresh ! happy that she took the trouble to txt me when im super bz and no time to txt her ! =) well i know u are reading this, i m indeed very happy about that. Every little details matters ! =D i have much to share with you but i assume internet isnt the best place to.. just hope that we are able to go out tgt soon =). BTT is today at 2pm, a hr and half till then... Pray that i will pass

Dang ! i'm losing it soon !
My insanity that is, losing my passion like a tap water now a days.
Seriously i don't get it, if we are low in man power, why not just hired more staff so that the current staff wont have to suffer ?!

Break time used to be 3 hours/1 hours depending on Splitshift/Mid,Closing shift.
Now it is like 40min/20min.
Why you ask ? because of that damn workload we have !
Mis en place is one thing, holding the line is yet another.

Even at 3pm, a time for mis en place there are still customers flying in...
I just feel so tired, 1 rest day doesnt work.
More of my colleges are leaving now...
Manpower is further reduce. Question that have been in my head, will i 1st blow up or will i hang on till the end ?

Currently to put the situation in a easier term, i am on a sinking ship with life boat and floats disappearing...

Funny... it is.. i have so many friends yet i m not able to share this with any.. maybe i just don't have the chance to.. i felt like sharing it w a certain someone, but isnt it weird that in a random time you recieve a sms which says " hey i m feeling emo now, my work blah blah blah..." ?

oh well im just not good with my words.

We all should be content with what we have, content that who we are...
Are we ? Most of the time not, as we see new things and we wanna get them, why ?
Simply because others have it !

Well truth be told. i should be content right ? well i finally get to text with her yet again
but i feel i m not important to her as in the past...

Am i being selfish ? Texting her and expecting her to reply? i guess she is trying her best to reply me and i think she is still awkard about it. thats why her reply seems so "fu yan" =/

She isn't my girlfriend or any thing like so, but i told her that i would wait for her...
till she is 18 a age able to be in a "courtship". I won't know/don't know if she would to accept me again, she didnt promise me that she would accept me once she turn 18...

I guess you might wonder what do i like/love about you right ?
well i don't know it too, its just that whenever i see you, i just feel so... argh i don't know how to express in words... but when ever i see your beautiful eyes and you smiles, it just melt my heart ! haha! it can cheer me up for that 1 or 2sec too...

Internship is almost coming to an end soon, 4 more months, 18 more weeks to go.

NS will be around the corner once i end my intern and grad...

well i wonder if we will get back tgt before then ? haha...

I have started training for NS already, still PES D (PES D is a pending PES) due to the
irregular heart beat thingy.

Going to have a thorough examination known as Echocardiiolography this june...

Hopefully i am able to regain my original PES which was PES A...

best if i could get into SOF...

Sit-ups, crunches, pull up and push up are the "training" i am having now.

Discipline is a problem actually... wonder if i am able to keep it up !

woke up around 12noon, lazing in bed till 1pm + and finally decided to get my ass moving to ICA

to replace my lost IC... reach there around 250pm and thank God that i got my q-no which is just 6 number away from the current number... waited for about 5 mins and it's my turn, 100$ just flown away thru the visa card...

Shopping + lunch

decided go to bugis for a walk since its still early around 3+pm !

had some tepayaki for my lunch alone (aww thats so emo of me HA!)

tell you what, the tepayaki i had is crap! sauce is suppose to be black pepper sauce

but it seems like oyster sauce + a dash of black pepper + water + corn starch and salt...

taste is salty! no black pepper taste at all.. haha occupational hazard again critizizing food where ever i go =/

shop around for a bit and i brought a new ear piece for my iphone,

better sound quality and its the type where it goes deep in your ear! a type which i love most !

cost $50 but oh well....

texted Miss Stalk for a bit to find out that she is outside with her friends so i didn't really txt her much.. i'm afraid of becoming a nuisance to her HA!

movie alone at yishun

wanted to go to amk to eat sumo house(cheap jap food) after shopping at bugis but i couldnt get out of the train!!!

I reach yishun at 6 pm and i have the sudden urge to watch movie and i went !

True Grit at 7pm, paid by visa card so it cost $7 ! =D (good thing about visa! discounted price!)

well the show wasn't totally boring show.. it lack of actual actions and "kick"

i would rate it 2.5/5 ! ;/

and i went home after that!

1st time around working in the office.

Always known that i don't belong to the office, as i can't sit for hours staring at the computer typing documents.

Well starting off of today, everything was pretty normal.

mis en place and etc, till chef called me to polish the window glasses...

Polish meaning sparkling clean ! Every single little details matters.

well no more half ass job from now on...

After polishing for almost an hour, all the kitchen window glass sparkles and i had such a great sense of satisfaction. Now its time to remove all the tape stain, those sticky stubborn stain...

Took me almost 2 hours to rid them, using hot water, blow torch and finally oil and dry cloth to make it polish too..

once im done its already 3:50pm +-...
Chef called me again to go to office and well i thought i will be getting this month incentive ($50)

but...
it was to type out lots of recipes for the new menu..

if i not wrong i started typing at 4pm and my break time is suppose to be at 5pm...

but well didn't take note of the time... too busy , too much work , too much typing to do..

Damn~ im bored...
Took short breaks like 1-2 min after every 5 document typed...

20+ documents..each of them have at least 300words
type from 4- 10pm non-stops...

but well i did get rewarded =D
anything to eat and drink since i din go for my break
i refuse at first as i m kinda embarrasses to get a treat
from my head chef !
but this is what he say: alright Nick What do you want to eat?
this isn't an question its an order .

haha at the end i order an alio olio cheapest food in restaurant =)
which he ask me why did i order the cheapest but i just wink at him ;)

well the office is empty once its 7pm and i had my dinner and drink while typing..
took me an hour to finish my food ! hahaha

too busy to take the "before after photo hah! so just took at the end after i finish my work.

well heres the completed work load i had... alot of them isn't
but well i know its not very impressive but to me i feel
accomplish =D

oh well how i wish i can share this you...
if only we can get back....

it is kind of depressing to see that hours of the work u do go to waste ,
whn ppl dun appreciate it
and see it as a burden ....

well i certainly hope that the members of ours will appreciate abit & not give us a sianz sianz face

we can actually be a dead *tuan qi* u know ? lyk a tq that do nth
but just gather ONCE a month to eat n know each other better by that few hours ...
i know that we all have friends from outside world n school ...

why am i so "moody" and is always for that 2-3 hrs when i at home ...

we decided to meet at 2pm bishan mrt

pay is 6 per hr
thn e serving of dishes is abit hard

back from e job interview at bishan CPF building
went wif clinton and jocelyn ...
but they two go into a room with a interviewer but i was interview alone ...
mayb is becuz of e birth dates...
aft tat went to J8 for a walk
while waiting for mrt a hypocrite fren called
and again i was not jio to go out wif em
everytime i go out always call em but whn they go out alway ALWAYS NV JIO
n whn no body wan to go out wif em thn they will call me
tink wat I M SUB ISZIT!!!
enuff of all this always put on a mask n be 'nice'
no one no how i feel man only God no ...
jus ended tis 4yr of frenship
with me always being a sub fren
or in the 1st place i was nv a fren to em
but i m a retard for treating em a my gd frens...
